個人簡介(包括近期科研項目)

王碩,女,1988年8月生,中共黨員,教授,博士生導師。2007至2011年就讀于山東師范大學生命科學學院2011至2016年就讀于昆明理工大學生命科學與技術學院,聯合培養于中國科學院昆明植物研究所2017至2018年就職于中國科學院動物研究所2018年至今就職于亞博買球。主要從事進化生物學研究,收藏大量包含白堊紀中期動植物化石的天然緬甸琥珀,在 ScienceCurrent BiologyScientific ReportsFrontiers in GeneticsCretaceous ResearchPLoS ONEMitochondrial DNAConservation Genetics Resources 等刊物上發表 SCI 論文三十余篇,部分成果受到央視新聞頻道(CCTV-13)朝聞天下欄目及新華網、人民網、科學網、騰訊、網易、搜狐等二十多家主流媒體報道。主持國家自然科學基金、山東省自然科學基金及亞博買球高層次引進人才科研啟動項目;任山東省動物學會理事山東省青年科學家協會會員山東省女科學家委員會委員國際古植物學協會會員等,及 BMC GenomicsPeerJCretaceous Research 等期刊審稿人

 

主要研究方向

1. 從基因組學與琥珀化石兩方面入手,研究解決部分重要生物類群的起源、進化以及與之關聯的板塊漂移、島嶼生態、氣候變化等問題。

2. 基于所收藏的大量天然琥珀化石籌建國內最大琥珀博物館,致力建成集科研、教育、科普、收藏、保護、展示、文化傳播于一體的一流國際合作平臺。
