研究領域:

主要從事核酸快速檢測和海洋無脊椎動物免疫學、環境適應性相關的研究,發表高水平SCI論文20余篇,其中第一作者9篇。具體來說即:

一方面圍繞核酸檢測中的樣品處理、核酸提取、核酸擴增等關鍵問題開展核酸快速和高靈敏檢測關鍵技術研究以及將現有技術與微流控技術、側向層析技術等聯用開發簡便快速的檢測方法,將核酸檢測應用于食品安全與分子診斷領域。

另一方面面向國際海洋科學前沿,圍繞海洋無脊椎動物免疫學、環境適應性等問題,深入揭示全球性的氣候變化如海洋酸化對海洋無脊椎動物生長代謝、免疫防御、生理生化等生命活動規律的影響,解析其生存策略。

近期科研項目:

1. 國家自然科學基金:海洋酸化下長牡蠣鈣離子/鈣調蛋白的響應規律及信號轉導機制(31800414),2019.1-2021.12,主持。

2. 中國科學院實驗海洋生物學重點實驗室開放基金課題:海洋酸化下長牡蠣鈣調蛋白參與氧化應激調控機制研究(KF2018NO1),2019.1-2020.12,主持。
